APPOINTMENTS are preferred but not absolutely necessary. Usually a day or two is all the notice we need to
secure an appointment. Usually the warmer the weather the more important an appointment may be. All
appointments are scheduled at 8:00 a.m. and will be completed in the order in which the appointments were
made. Appointments who do not show by 8:15 are subject to losing their place in line. On days when we do not
have a full book or we have a "no show" all customers will be dealt with on a first come first serve basis. We
encourage people to expect 1 day service, drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the evening. We have a
key drop for people who need to drop off their vehicles earlier but please do not drop your car and keys
unless you have a confirmed appointment. People who need to wait on their car need to make an appointment
on a day when their car will be first in line so you can minimize your wait.

WARNING  With the economy as it is everyone is looking for a good deal and a "cheap price" but beware don't
be fooled by "cheap prices" only to regret it later. Often times I have had customers come in who just recently
had tint installed by another shop who was "cheaper" only to be dissatisfied with the quality of film and install.
Unfortunately their "cheap" job ends up more expensive due to tint removal & re installation costs than if they
had just brought it to Hands On to begin with. DO NOT throw good money away only to be disappointed by the
quality and service you receive. It is sad but true that these "cheap" deals are not designed with your interests
in mind and are often a last resort effort for their interests only. These shops are commonly referred to as
"hack shops" in the tinting industry and often leave a black eye on our industry due to their common sub-par
quality and service. Window tinting should not be looked at as a commodity alone because there is more to it
than that. Good tint jobs CAN NOT be done for next to nothing. Good jobs take time, knowledge, skill and high
grade film to achieve a high level of quality. These things do cost but are well worth the investment to avoid the
disappointment of a "cheap" tint job.

For a job done right the first time bring you car or truck to Hands On Auto Detailing.

We fix the $99 tint job.

OTHER MICHIGAN RULES AND REGULATIONS
Restricted Colors- No colors of tint are explicitly banned. Side Mirrors No restrictions.
Certificate Requirements- Manufacturers of film do NOT need to certify the film they sell in
the state.
